Newly Renovated 2 bedroom Condo, Close Beach! The space Renovated in 2018, this plush 2 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom condo is one of the most modern properties at the Vista Waikoloa. E203 was recently refurbished with gorgeous koa cabinets in the kitchen, re-imagined marble bathrooms and brand new furnishings (including a sofa bed in the living room). This spacious unit boasts partial ocean views and a large wrap-around lanai with a small tiki bar for drinks under the sunset. The open concept living area makes it easy to prepare meals and gather as a family. The master bedroom features brand new carpet, a queen-size bed and a luxurious bathroom with a soaking tub and separate shower. The second bedroom offers two twin beds which can be put together as a king to accommodate another couple (upon request at time of booking). An additional powder room, complete laundry facilities and a well-stocked kitchen checks all the boxes for the ideal Hawaiian vacation rental! The Vista is located in the heart of the Waikoloa Resort and offers a heated lap pool, workout room, 2 hot tubs, a BBQ pavilion and easy access to all the best resort amenities. For groups, we offer other upgraded condos in close proximity to E203 for great group accommodation options. * HI ID # TA-021-291-1104-01/STVR-19-358617 Amenities include central air conditioning, ceiling fans for natural ventilation, spacious covered lanai, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, washer and dryer with detergent provided, complimentary WIFI access, iron and ironing board and hair dryer. The Vista Waikoloa complex is centrally located within the Waikoloa Beach Resort & is within walking distance to shops, restaurants & Anaeho'omalu Bay (known as A-Bay). Built in 1991, these condos are spacious & larger than most properties. All guests who stay at the Vista Waikoloa will have access to use the communal lap pool (heated), two hot tubs, large covered pavilion with gas BBQ's (first come, first serve basis), fitness room and business center with access to WIFI, printer & fax. Parking for one vehicle is provided. The Vista Waikoloa is a non-smoking property. Our resort office is located at the Mauna Lani Terrace and is open daily from 9:00am - 5:00pm for guests who need assistance, have questions or would like recommendations for activities, beaches, restaurants, services, etc. We are also available after-hours to assist in case of a property-related emergency. A car rental is HIGHLY recommended, public transportation & taxi service is limited. Other things to note The State of Hawaii requires that we collect 17.962% tax in 2025 and 18.712% in 2026 on the rent and additional fees (which should be INCLUDED in the price). Tax rates are based on the dates of your stay and guests are responsible to pay all applicable taxes levied by the local authorities should there be a change.
