The full Kitchen includes all the supplies you need to cook whatever you like. Washer/dryer in the unit gives you the convenience of home. The unit is on the end of the row away from the parking lot, so it's quiet and private. The entire condo, patio and lanai and access to all parts of the resort are included. I live 7 minutes away in central Kihei and am available for support and questions. I clean it myself and make improvements every week! The 2 favorite beaches in Kihei are right at the bottom of the hill, as is the boat ramp for SCUBA, fishing and boat trips. This is just past the loud, busy part of Kihei, but walking distance to restaurants. A car is nice, but not required. You will have a designated parking spot a short walk from the condo. I have a Nissan Versa to rent for $50/day. You will have a free assigned parking space near the condo. 5G wifi is included as well as Netflix and a large cable tv. You will have your own door code, so check in is easy and convenient. The owner lives nearby to handle any issues that come up as well as answer questions and give recommendations.
