WELCOME HOME to a very comfortable 1900 sqft house, centrally located in Old Goodwood-- a safe, quiet and friendly neighborhood. This beautifully furnished NON SMOKING home that has four bedrooms with Smart TVs, two bathrooms, living room, fully equipped kitchen for 10 guests. The spacious den that is equipped with a Samsung Smart 75" TV . We offer high speed WiFi. Guests must have at least 4.5 stars with 2 positive reviews from 2 hosts and be 25yo+. The space Welcome home to Goodwood! Our home is furnished to be safe and comfortable. The beds are very, very comfortable! You will want the same mattress for your home. The on demand hot water heater allows for a the whole group to take showers without running out. Cold bottles of water are usually in the fridge. Relax and grill burgers on the patio grill. Your pets are also welcome with multiple fenced in areas in the back yard. We can't wait to host your next stay. Guest access Guests will receive an access code to the carport and front doors. There are outdoor security cameras that monitor parking and exterior doors. There is one covered parking space with three cars maximum onsite parking. (Additional parking available nearby if needed) Other things to note This is a NON SMOKING House. Full size refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, food processor, toaster, dish ware for for 10, Starbucks Keurig coffees and various sweeteners provided in kitchen. Most popular kitchen cookware is also available. Various cold drinks and small snacks provided. New private shaded side patio seating for 8 right off the den for outdoor relaxing. Smoking is permitted on the outside patio area.
