"The Home Place Vacation Rental," in Seeley Lake, is a 2,200 square foot lower, fully ground level entrance apartment of a duplex. It has its' own driveway and spacious private yard. The upper level is inhabited by the owner which has its' own driveway, entrance and yard on the opposite side of the building. WIFI & web based Television programming of Netflix, Disney Plus and more as well as DVD movies are provided. There is also a good selection of games for family and friends to enjoy. The space There are 4 bedrooms: Rooms #1 & #2 have 3 Twins in each room. Two twins can be converted to make a king bed upon request. This would provide 1 twin and 1 king bed in that room. Room #3 has 1 Queen bed & 1 twin bed Room #4 has 1 King bed & 1 Twin bed Guest access The building is a two story Duplex. You have full and private access to the entire, fully ground level, apartment. The vacation rental has its own private driveway, parking and yard. The upstairs apartment has separate driveway, parking and yard on the opposite side of the building. Other things to note This rental is great for family reunions, large groups, small retreats and team building getaways. We have additional folding conference tables and chairs available.
