We seek to maintain a peaceful and positive environment so that all our guests feel relaxed and at home. The first floor of the house is dedicated to HeartWell and our programs. During your stay, we may be hosting programs/events. The second and third floors have beautiful rooms that are reserved for retreat or Airbnb guests. Although the house is set approximately 150-170 feet back from Pleasant Street and on a hill, vehicle sounds can be heard. This 2 bedroom second floor suite is located in a beautiful peaceful house. In the main bedroom there is a queen size bed and 2 twin beds in the second bedroom. It has a large living room, small dinning room, bathroom, and kitchenette. Laundry facilities available. Window Air Conditioners in the two bedrooms. We are located on # 2 bus line, close to family-friendly activities, universities, and restaurants. The large back yard has parking space for 21 cars and picnic tables. For concerts, the DCU Center, Mechanics Hall and the Hanover Theater are within 3 miles. Kindly no children under six years of age. Guest access Our parking is located at the back of the house. To access it by GPS enter the address as 10 Biltmore Road, Worcester, MA. Upon registration, you will be given the entrance code for the backdoor entrance. Please use this entrance to come and go, as our clients and program guests typically use the front door entrance. The backdoor is also easier for unloading/loading and has direct access to the stairs. Since this is a large house, there may be other guests present during your stay. Please only access the following rooms: the living room and private bathroom in your suite and the half bath on the first floor (if necessary). We welcome you to free coffee and tea. There is an induction warming plate, a microwave and fridge in your own kitchenette, plus a stove, microwave and fridge located in a shared kitchen on the first floor. Feel free to use our plates/bowls, cups and utensils in your kitchenette and also those that are in the main kitchen downstairs. If there are no programs/events happening on the main level, you may use the dining room/library to eat as well. We also welcome you to sit outside at one our picnic tables (weather permitting). Other things to note Our check-in time is 3:00PM and our check-out is 11:00AM. We are flexible with our check-in and check-out times. Just let us know before hand when you plan to arrive so we can make the necessary arrangements.
