There are many new attractions as they have been building Seaside up, including a Carousel Pavilion & Museum as well as the Beach Club and entertainment venue, which is steps away from the condo. This is also very close to the Casino Pier, various bars and nightclubs, the boardwalk, sky way, water park and many more attractions. In terms of transportation, there are many bicycles and scooter rentals available nearby along with a six electric vehicle charging station. This is also walking distance or a 4 minute car ride away from the bay side, which offers amazing sunset views. There is a CVS Pharmacy and ACME supermarket for grocery needs.  **Note, we do not provide towels or linens. We provide 6 beach passes and 1 parking pass for street parking (but if you lose any of these items, you are responsible for the cost of replacement)** Guest access Entire first floor of the house is accessible for guests. The second floor and the roof is not accessible for guests. Other things to note We are accessible and available to help if anything comes up.
