THERE IS TELEVISION- THERE ARE LOCAL CHANNELS TO CHOOSE FROM, AS WELL AS A DVD PLAYER. FEEL FREE TO BRING MOVIES! WE HAVE ALSO INSTALLED WIFI. There is a propane grill to be used for cooking on the back deck. There are some plastic chairs if you wish to sit on the deck. Although we love pets and have them ourselves, we have a strict NO PETS policy which we feel is in the best interest of our home & our guests. There will be a refundable $500 security deposit charged at the time of listing. There will also be a non-refundable $200 cleaning fee.
