During June, July, and August only Saturday check in only. Mass tax on short term rentals is 14.45% of the total amount paid. This is a requirement by law and is not included in the daily rate. Our home is located in North Eastham, off route 6, on a sandy road, minutes to the beaches, national seashore and bike trail. The home is new. We are dog friendly. Dogs only allowed with approval from owners. The space This beautiful home has two bedrooms and a sunroom with a queen sleeper sofa. There are new mini split air conditioners in all the rooms. Two bedrooms have queen sized beds. Attached to the main queen room is a sun-room that has a queen sleeper sofa, great for lounging and reading during the day and makes for a perfect sleeping area at night. The living room is equipped with TV, prime video, Netflix and Hulu & Britbox. Wi-Fi signal works throughout the property to lounge outdoors on your laptop or phone. The kitchen is equipped for all your cooking essentials for preparing meals at home, a grill for outdoor cooking, and lots of seating areas outside to relax with nature. Enjoy our hammock area while you watch the sunset and listen to the birds settling in for the night. Stroll through the stunning perennial gardens after a cool out door shower while the grill is fired up! Solo fire pit is available for those chilly nights and to make S’mores. Guest access Guests have access to the use of our property during the rental contract, outdoor grill, and washer and dryer in the basement. Please do not enter owners locked private property storage areas throughout home. We respect our neighbors greatly and out door noise in the evening should be kept to a minimum. In addition, please no overnight guest beyond the agreement through Airbnb & respect our space as we would yours. We love our special little community so please no loud parties! If you do bring your four legged friends, please be mindful to pick up after your dogs. We have a wonderful large yard to play in. Other things to note North Eastham is centrally located to many great activities. Whether you are looking to sunbathe on the bayside or want to crash in the waves of the National seashore, we are just minutes away from the bay and the ocean. We are close to the Wildlife Refuge and Drive in Theatre in Wellfleet, and Cape Cod Bike Trail.
