New Orleans northshore retreat.

A french country home tucked in a wooded sanctuary overlooking a quiet pond. Beautiful views, abundant wildlife. Large country kitchen, dining room, living room, three bedrooms (with separate baths). Located a short distance from New Orleans (approx. 45 minutes). Please note no children under 6 years and no pets are allowed without approval. Maximum occupancy is 6 guests. Please see house rules. There is a 3% local occupancy tax. I will collect this upon arrival. Airbnb collects state tax. The space 3 bedrooms (with 3 baths). Each bedroom comfortably fits 2 adults. 2 bedrooms have king size beds and 1 bedroom has a queen size bed. Guest access Guests have access to all common areas, kitchen, dining room and living room. When outdoors all can enjoy a large flagstone patio, the pond and the grounds. The only areas that are off limit are other buildings on the property. Other things to note The house is for the use of registered guests only. If you wish to host an event (ex. reunion, wedding, retreat, etc.) a separate event fee will be charged. The charge will vary according to the event and/or size of event. This home is not available during a tropical storm or hurricane approaching or in progress.
