Our Stockbridge Cape is nestled on 2.6 acres in the heart of the Berkshires! Only 2 miles from Tanglewood and many local attractions. We are excited to be hosting short term guests again as we've had long term tenants for the last 2 years. We recently refinished the hardwood floors, replaced the stove, installed a new kitchen floor and repainted the interior. The space The home has 4 bedrooms and comfortably sleeps 7 people. The main floor includes a fully stocked kitchen, living room, full bath, bedroom (king) and an office (twin). The upper level includes the master bedroom (queen), another bedroom (2 twins) and a full bath. The finished basement includes a TV room and washer / dryer. You'll enjoy the outdoors on the massive deck and manicured lawn! Rent includes all utilities, wireless internet and television. Linens and towels are also provided. Guest access Guests have use of the entire house. The garage has an apartment above it where our long term tenant lives. There are separate entrances to ensure privacy for both parties.
