The home is perfect for a wedding weekend, vacations, commercial shoots, and vacations. House Rules & Guest Expectations By booking, you agree to be responsible for any damage you or your guests cause, acknowledge the property has inherent risks, and release the host from liability for any injury or loss during your stay. We kindly ask that guests do not use the outside patio or pool after 10 PM. No night swimming is allowed. Patio lights will turn off automatically at midnight to maintain peace and quiet in our respectful neighborhood. For stays longer than seven (7) days, we provide a complimentary weekly cleaning to help maintain the property. Seasonal Notice: Our outdoor deck furniture is stored away during the winter months to protect it from the weather. It will be available again in the spring Dining Table Notice: Our dining table is a custom-made luxury piece imported from Italy. It is covered with a protective tablecloth that must remain on at all times to prevent scratches or damage. Guests are responsible for any damage to the table. ♻️ WASTE & RECYCLING GUIDELINES • Blue Can: Bottles & cans only • Black Can: Household garbage • Boxes: Please flatten & leave on the side ⚠️ Important: Mixing garbage and recycling will result in a $200 cleanup fee. Thank you for treating our grill with care! 🔥 ⚠️ SAFETY NOTICE – WIRE FENCE For your safety, please watch your children at all times while outside. Children must not climb or hang on the wire fence — it is extremely dangerous. Guests will be held responsible for any damage caused to the fence during their stay. Thank you for helping us keep everyone safe! To ensure a safe and comfortable stay for everyone, please note the following: • No parties or unauthorized guests allowed. Security cameras monitor exterior areas. Violation will result in immediate cancellation and possible involvement of law enforcement. • Noise must be kept to a minimum quiet hours 9 PM to 8 AM.. Large speakers and loud music are prohibited. • No shoes inside the home — please leave footwear in the foyer to maintain cleanliness. • Smoking is not permitted indoors; you may smoke in the gazebo by the pool — please dispose of waste responsibly. • Children must be supervised at all times, especially near the pool (which is not fenced). • No glass items near the pool area. • Guests are asked to bring their own towels for pool and house use. Please note: Any stains found on couches, chairs, or carpets may result in an additional cleaning fee. We appreciate your attention and care during your stay Check-Out Instructions • Check-out by 10:00 AM. Late check out fee apply. • Before leaving, please remove perishables, take out trash, start the dishwasher, strip linens and place in pile, turn off lights and electronics, and lock windows and doors. • Late check-out may be available for an additional fee and subject to approval. Additional Information • The indoor fireplace and garage are NOT available for guest use. • Floors are porcelain and can be slippery when wet — please exercise caution. • Firewood is available for purchase ($100-200) for a cozy outdoor experience. We want your stay to be enjoyable and memorable! You will be staying in someone’s home so please treat it like it’s your own . Guest access Guest Access & Amenities • Large fully equipped kitchen with premium Viking appliances • Spacious living areas and a finished basement The pool is heated by propane, which is very expensive. Heating is available only during May, June, and September at a flat rate of $200 per day, charged for each day of the stay (whether used or not). Guests must request pool heating before arrival so propane can be ordered in advance — otherwise, I cannot and will not provide it at the last minute. Guests are also required to shut the heater off when not in use. If I come to the property and find it left on, additional fees will apply • Two covered gazebos and expansive patio perfect for outdoor dining and relaxing • High-speed Wi-Fi, smart TVs, and central heating & air conditioning • Ample driveway parking; indoor garage Not available for guest use Please note: Any stains found on couches, chairs, or carpets may result in an additional cleaning fee.
