Ample indoor and outdoor space. Front porch with seats and table to enjoy the ocean breeze. Back yard with Weber grill and dining table. Easy access from the front or through the back to the kitchen. Beach gears to drop off directly to garage with full bathroom to shower. Bathrooms on each level. Private full bath for master bedroom. Bedrooms located on each floor with plenty of storage space within bedroom. The entire house including the garage is available for your use except the owner's closet. Please be reminded to rent your linens or towels in advance if you choose not to bring your own. Linens and towels will not be provided. We recommend Coastal Linen Supply if you choose to rent your linens and towels for their great prices and customer service. All mattresses and pillows will have newly washed protective covers and all bathrooms will have newly washed floor mats for your stay. Easy walk to Jenkinson's Beach, Aquarium, Boardwalk fun and games, a block from the bike route along Ocean Avenue and just a stroll from the supermarket, restaurants, and all variety of local eateries and shops. You’ll be within walking distance of the Beach and Boardwalk and will be the recommended option. If parking on the streets for shops and restaurants, please ensure to check signs for any parking fees. Per our towns requirement, we will be requesting the names of each person and their permanent address that will be staying at the house under the reservation.
