*PLEASE READ ENTIRE LISTING* A unique opportunity to stay above a barn in a recreated "Pioneer Cabin". New with authentic antiques. Depending on the season, the barn has 2 horses that come & go from the pastures. If you love horses & a beautiful landscape with awesome views this is the place for you. The private bathroom is not in the barn loft, but located a 200 ft distance away in the garage. A kitchenette with a dry sink & water dispenser, coffee maker, fridge & microwave is in the barn. This is an alternative to tent camping, more "glamping" than camping. This place is not for those who are not comfortable or fit to climb stairs. Full mobility is required to access the amenities. WIFI access is available in garage/chalet building where full bathroom is located. Access to the bathroom requires a minute walk up a 30 degree incline on a gravel driveway. Four wheel or all wheel drive vehicle is required to park down at the barn. Otherwise you may park up at the main house and walk up/down to the barn. There is no running water in the barn loft, but there is access to a water spigot outside of the barn. This is not a recommended rental for children. There is access to a full bathroom a short distance up the hill in the main garage chalet lower level (please see photo). This is where WIFI access is available. "New Flathead Lake Mountain Retreat" is the chalet (sleeps 4) also available to rent on Airbnb. That is a separate listing and up the hill from the Barn Cabin. The ranch is on a wooded, 10 acre parcel which is surrounded by trees and forests. It is extremely quiet and peaceful and the vistas are unparalleled. Best to have a 4 wheel or all wheel drive to be able to access all that Montana has to offer. Our road has recently been significantly improved and is now quite smooth. We are a short drive to a full-scale grocery store in the town of Kalispell. PLEASE DO NOT LEAVE YOUR VEHICLES RUNNING WHEN NOT IN USE TO REDUCE NOISE AND POLLUTION. ALSO, PLEASE BE AWARE OF THE POSTED SPEED LIMITS ON OUR PRIVATE ROAD. FOUR WHEEL OR ALL WHEEL VEHICLES ARE REQUIRED TO PARK DOWN BY THE BARN. Since this ranch is on a hill and gravel driveways and walkways, walking up and down hills will be required. We cannot have motorcycles on our property due to our horses.
