Trundle bed with a full and twin size mattress located on the third floor, 50" flat screen Tv and desk. (Please note: must walk thru second floor bedroom to access third floor.) Lower level features a half bath, desk and additional seating area. On-site rental parking and coin-op laundry. Entire unit, coin-op laundry. Please let us know if you will be needing a parking spot. Parking is at a first come first serve basis and has to be reserved ahead of time to guarantee a space. Pack n' Play/ High top chair available upon request for $10/night. There is a $150 lost key fee and $100 lock out fee.
