This space can be used as a one bedroom with  two living rooms, 1.5 baths and basement or a two bedroom, living room, 1.5 baths and basement. First floor features a kitchen, dining and living room, second floor bedroom offers  a queen sized bed and full bathroom. Trundle bed with a full and twin size mattress located on the third floor, 50" flat screen Tv and desk. (Please note: must walk thru second floor bedroom to access third floor.) Lower level features a half bath, desk and additional seating area. On-site rental parking and coin-op laundry. Entire unit, coin-op laundry. Riverside is a residential neighborhood located along the Charles River, which includes some of the oldest settled parts of Cambridge. Harvard Square and Central Square, both major commercial and transit centers, lie at either end of the neighborhood. Massachusetts Avenue, which connects the two squares, serves as the neighborhood’s retail. Smaller commercial areas exist along Putnam Avenue, Western Avenue and River Street. Much of Harvard University’s student housing is located in Riverside. Riverside is also home to some of Harvard’s academic facilities and the primary academic and administrative facility for Cambridge College Riverside is a neighborhood in Cambridge, Massachusetts with a population of 12,181. Riverside is in Middlesex County and is one of the best places to live in Massachusetts. Living in Riverside offers residents a dense urban feel and most residents rent their homes. Pack n' Play/ High top chair available upon request for $10/night. There is a $150 lost key fee and $100 lock out fee.
