Large private bedroom 20 mins from Boston

The space Welcome to our home in Saugus! We are renting one shared room of our dear home, as we have decided to downsize. Our home is a beautiful Victorian, where you will have access to a living room, dining room, kitchen and 1.5 bathrooms. We are in a residential area, but close to major highways that can connect to surrounding towns: Malden, Revere, Lynn, Lynnfield, Melrose and Wakefield. We are 15 minutes away from the AIRPORT and 20 minutes away from Boston! Public transportation to Boston is also available in our doorsteps. Guest access Guests will have their own private room. The bathroom, living room, dining room and kitchen are shared, with other guests, should the other rooms be rented out. If you don’t want to share any of the common areas, please check out my other listing - where you can rent the entire space to yourself. During your stay Via text of phone call is best. Please note that my husband and I have full time jobs, so if we don’t answer your phone during the day, we will get back to you immediately. Other things to note My nephew lives on the third floor. He has his own apartment and amenities but shares the main entrance to the home. He is very quiet and respectful and a wonderful resource, should you need anything.
