Welcome to Gull’s Crest Cottage which boasts off street parking for 4+, large fenced in yard, gas grill, furnished deck, beach chairs & wagon, 4 bikes, 2 kayaks, boogie boards, & large outdoor shower. Two steps up into the one story house. Large living room, lots of seating, board games, smart TV, blue ray, & Wi-Fi. Full eat in kitchen with large table. Washer, dryer & dishwasher. A/C, all linens and towels. 3 Bedrooms sleeps 8. Just a few blocks to the bay, ocean, & downtown! The space One of the old original fisherman’s cottages, it has been updated over the years and thankfully survived Super Storm Sandy. This home has been in the same family since 1967 and only recently rented out. It is a completely relaxed home which has brought years of fun and happy memories for many. We know it will for you as well. Guest access You have run of the house and yard. Large outside shower changing room at the back of the house. There is a loft upstairs as well as a storage closet which are locked. Thanks for respecting that. Use what is in the house, leave us a note if something breaks, is used up, or if you have thoughts for us to make your next stay better. Other things to note Amber Street is a residential block with year-round neighbors. Beach Haven has a 10 pm noise ordinance curfew. That doesn't mean you can't play music or have fun it just means that you need to keep it to a dull roar. There is central air conditioning but please turn it off if you will be out all day and use it only if you must. Open the windows and the sliding door. You may find you do not need it the a/c all!
