We also use lock box for tenant self entry since Covid for most arrivals. Other things to note This apt is top floor two flights of stairs up. It is beautifully appointed & quiet & centrally located great for shopping & dining. We offer one parking spot behind our building if guest provides us advanced notice of their parking need. Please be extra careful for pedestrians at the alley sidewalk entrance/exit & in the driveway parking area as pedestrians do walk & don’t pay attention. Being in the business district there will be at times early am trash pickup or deliveries in the alley.
