Adorable bay front cottage is a perfect retreat any time of year! Completely renovated with many modern luxuries, while still maintaining all of its retro charm. Highly efficient layout allows this little home to pack a lot of punch! Fantastic water views & sunsets. Heated salt water pool (open April 1st through October 31st). Dock. Grill. Ice machine. The space **This home is only rented in the off season, we rarely have availability from Memorial day through Labor Day. 2 queen bedrooms. 2 king sleeper sofas. Guest access Your welcome email will include a temporary access code that is specific to the dates & times of your reservation. This code operates the electronic keypad at the front, side & rear doors. Other things to note Shortly after booking you'll receive a welcome email with all of the information you will need for your stay. (It's more than we can include on this page.) Parking - There are 2 street parking spots directly in front of our home. There is also a depressed curb that allows you to parallel park your vehicle on the stones in front of our home. Additional street parking is available on the side streets. Beach Badges - We provide 4 seasonal beach badges. These are required for individuals 13 and older from the middle of June through Labor Day. Linens - We provide pillows, comforters, bath towels etc. We have negotiated a discounted rate with a local vendor for guests who wish to rent linens. Our welcome email will include a link to an order form. Recreational Amenities - We provide the following items at our home: (5) Beach Cruisers, (2) Stand-up Paddle Boards, (8) Beach Chairs, (2) Crab Traps, (1) Beach Umbrella, (1) Beach Cart, etc. Dock - You're welcome to use our dock if you're bringing or renting a boat. Toiletries/Consumables - We provide a basic initial supply of toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, trash bags, & dishwasher pods. Guests are responsible for providing any additional items they may require during their stay. Water Safety - Our home is located on the bay and has a heated saltwater swimming pool.  Please keep a close eye on any children and ensure life vests are utilized if entering the bay. Trash & Recycling - Full instructions are in the welcome email. Two major points: 1) All recyclables must be put in the can loose (can't be in a trash bag). 2) Do not park any cars in front of the trash container bin or the municipal workers will not pick it up.
