House is very large. 3 zone heat/ac. 2 car garage. Whole house standby generator. Fios internet. 3 tvs. Tons of movies, indoor/outdoor toys available for use. Property is kid safe/friendly. All outlets have covers. Permanent child proof gates installed at top/bottom of steps. 2 sets of washers and dryers in the house. 1 set is located top floor of house. The other set is located in the cellar. Tide soap and bounce provided in each room. New towels/pillows provided for each guest for all reservations. Guest access The attic is off limits. There is a storage closet in the cellar that is off-limits. The bulkhead should only be used in an emergency. Aside from that, guests have free reign over the house. Other things to note Photos may not reflect current season. Furniture is swapped out when necessary, beds may face a different direction then what is shown, lamps/end tables/curtains may be replaced. Outdoor furniture is put away during winter months to prevent damage. When time allows, work to update rooms, is completed by contractors. This house was built in 2009, I bought it Nov 2021, and I am booked 46 weeks a year using various outlets. I have been a short term rental owner for 15 years and pay very close attention to details, to make sure each guest has a fantastic stay.
