***5 Night Minimum Stay*** 4 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, 2 car garage, hardwood floors, tile, central a/c, 2 washers and 2 dryers, Fios internet/tv, dishwasher, electric stove, located on a very quiet street. Quick access to Routes 93/495. Playground within 5 minute drive. Market Basket, Hannafords and Super Walmart within a 5 minute drive. 99 Restaurant, Jade East Chinese Restaurant, Kyoto Japanese Restaurant, are 5 min drive. 3 level house, many steps involved, 3 zone heat No carpet in the house The space 3 level living. House is very large. 3 zone heat/ac. 2 car garage. Whole house standby generator. Fios internet. 3 tvs. Tons of movies, indoor/outdoor toys available for use. Property is kid safe/friendly. All outlets have covers. Permanent child proof gates installed at top/bottom of steps. 2 sets of washers and dryers in the house. 1 set is located top floor of house. The other set is located in the cellar. Tide soap and bounce provided in each room. New towels/pillows provided for each guest for all reservations. Guest access The attic is off limits. There is a storage closet in the cellar that is off-limits. The bulkhead should only be used in an emergency. Aside from that, guests have free reign over the house. Other things to note Photos may not reflect current season. Furniture is swapped out when necessary, beds may face a different direction then what is shown, lamps/end tables/curtains may be replaced. Outdoor furniture is put away during winter months to prevent damage. When time allows, work to update rooms, is completed by contractors. This house was built in 2009, I bought it Nov 2021, and I am booked 46 weeks a year using various outlets. I have been a short term rental owner for 15 years and pay very close attention to details, to make sure each guest has a fantastic stay. Note: All pillows, towels are donated to area homeless shelters, animal shelters for all reservations. Blankets, comforters, pillow cases, sheets also get donated. I have been providing new towels and pilllows long before covid hit and will continue to do so for the foreseeable future. Hosting quests from all over the world, cleanliness and personal safety is top priority. From November thru March 30th my driveway, walkway, sidewalk will be plowed, shoveled, and sanded and salted for every snow storm. My expectation is guests park in the garage for their entire stay, so my contractor can come by around the clock. If you have oversize vehicles, please select another host, as the garage can fit 2 cars, 2 large suvs. Trucks will have a difficult time parking in the garage due to steps being in the front. If you have plans to rent or bring a truck, please pick another host, as having to make a guest move their oversize vehicles out of his way, all night long so my contractor can plow sand/salt, is too time consuming as he has many properities of mine to do.
