This house has central air conditioning throughout, an outdoor shower, gas BBQ grill, and indoor washer & dryer for your convenience. We can accommodate up to 6 guests. The main floor has a common guest half bathroom and two guest bedrooms - one with king bed/tv and one with queen bed, each with ensuite bathrooms. Upstairs, the primary bedroom has a king size bed/tv and ensuite bathroom. There is also a futon available if needed. The Poipu Beach Athletic Club Membership is included and is only about 1/2 mile. There you will find a pool with a waterslide & waterfalls, hot tub, tennis & pickleball courts, cardio & weight rooms, basketball & shuffleboard. Enjoy food & drinks at the Cabana Bar & Grill, or take a fitness class (additional costs). Experience nice tropical breezes and a gorgeous mountain view back drop. This house is in a great location on the South Shore of Kauai in Poipu Beach, within a short walking distance to sandy beaches, Kukuiula & Poipu Shopping Villages and adjacent to the Kiahuna Golf Course. Just 1/2 mile to the renowned Poipu Beach: great for swimming, snorkeling, and boogie boarding. Guest access We offer a contactless check-in with door code entry. CHECK-IN: 4:00pm / CHECK-OUT: 10:00am PLAN ACCORDINGLY: We are not able to grant early check-ins and/or later check-outs in advance. Should you need to guarantee additional time in the unit, we do suggest booking the additional night to accommodate this. Other things to note We recommend soaking in the sun and enjoying the beautiful outdoors that Kaua'i has to offer. But if you need to stay connected, free wireless internet is provided. For your convenience, we do provide some beach gear for your use: beach chairs, umbrella, small cooler, and beach towels.
