If you like trains and the history of trains, as we do, you will enjoy staying across the street from the Union Pacific Railroad Station, being able to look out the window of your suite to see trains coming and the close proximity of the Boone and Scenic Valley Railroad. Located across the street from the Union Pacific railroad, the trains do rumble through town at all hours. But, we have taken measures to muffle the sound. Heavy velvet drapes adorn the windows which provide a dark sleeping space as well as quiet the sounds of the trains. White noise machines are available on request, if you'd like one. If you don't like trains, or the sound of trains, white noise machines are available. If you want or need one, ask your host to include one in the suite.
