We've stocked the home with premium cookware, utensils, and appliances. Bedrooms are fully prepared with premium linens, pillows, and furniture. Highlight Features: Golf Course Location, Hot Tub, a Bathroom for each bedroom, an Office Area, Fireplace, Brand new tv's. 2 Car Garage + Parking for 4 cars, fully grown trees, 10 mins to airport, downtown, shopping. The space This townhouse includes 4 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms. Every bedroom has its own bathroom with a full shower/tub combo except for the master bedroom downstairs which has a detached jet tub and separate shower. There is also a half bathroom (sink and toilet only) between the kitchen and full laundry room. Plenty of parking onside (we've fit three cars and a large toy hauler trailer and still had plenty of room for two more vehicles in the garage). There is a hot tub/bbq/seating off the living room patio (backyard). Space includes a designated work area for those in need of remote work space and the wifi is exceptional in the event that multiple people need access simultaneously. We provide hotel style soaps, shampoos, conditioners, and lotions for your first couple nights; however, for longer stays, you may want to bring your favorites with you. Hair dryers, towels, linens, pillows, laundry soap, cleaning products, and a fully stocked kitchen is provided for you. No need to bring your own. We fully comply with Covid19 Cleaning Procedures to give you 100% peace of mind that your space has been fully sanitized/disinfected prior to your arrival. Guest access This property uses a keyless entry keypad system to enter/exit so you can check in on your schedule. Other things to note This is NOT a party house. You will be asked to accept the house rules prior to your arrival. HOUSE RULES: *Absolutely NO waxing ski equipment onsite. Please do this on mountain. *No guests are permitted on property unless they are part of the itinerary. You will be asked for total guest count prior to arrival. *No more than 6 people in hot tub at a time. *No food/drinks/alcohol in hot tub. *Eating/Drinking is limited to dining room/kitchen only. Please help us keep this home in beautiful condition for the next guest. *No shoes on inside home (we've provided a space for shoe removal to make this easier). *No parties or events of any kind onsite. *If noise complaints are received, you will be given one warning.
