We are so excited to have you as our guests! This home offers the seclusion and privacy of the country, yet the feel of second-to-none luxury living and centrally located for your convenience. We also offer a NEMA 50amp plug that is to Tesla's specifications. We are only 10 minutes from Sterlington, 20 minutes from Monroe & West Monroe and 35 minutes from Ruston. So pack your bags and get ready for a relaxing and stress-free stay at our property! We are so happy you chose our home for your trip! We hope you’ll make the most of this cozy place, its amenities, and your opportunity to relax and visit the surrounding area! To help ensure everything is a great fit and that we can best prepare for your stay, please share a little about the purpose of your visit (for example, leisure, work, visiting family, etc.) and how many people will be staying. Please take a moment to read the house rules. If anything is unclear, please contact me so I can explain in further detail to avoid any misunderstandings. We have lovingly put lots of effort into making this home into a wonderful space. Please treat it with the same respect as you would do your own home. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- **Checkout time is 10 A.M. **Check-in time is 4 P.M. Please park in the driveway or on the left hand side of the yard in the grass if you need extra space. There is a NEMA 50amp plug that is to Tesla’s specifications that is provided in the garage if you have an electric vehicle to charge. You will find an extra blanket in a dresser drawer of each bedroom and spices/seasonings for cooking in one of the cabinets above the stove area. If you need to use the sleeper sofa, the bedding for it is in the trunk/ottoman in front of the sofa along with extra pillows. Extra towels will be in the main 2 bathrooms in the cabinets. We provide a complimentary set of shampoo and conditioner as well as a bar of body/face soap in each of the two main bathrooms. **Please DO NOT flush feminine products, wipes, paper towels or anything other than toilet paper and natural waste (pee pee & poo poo!) We are on a private septic system, and it will clog.** The septic release is a sprinkler system in the back yard. We ask, please don’t rearrange the furniture, don’t eat in the bedrooms, or allow small children to have food/drinks outside of the kitchen/dining area. *Please do not fry food of any kind inside the home. We do have paper plates to cut down on washing. We ask, please don’t rearrange the furniture, don’t eat in the bedrooms, and clean the kitchen after you use it. Please clean all dirty dishes and put away as they were upon arrival. Please use provided coasters on furniture. Please place all trash in the trash cans. Tie the bags up if you’re putting the house trash in the big can outside. Please put all used towels on to wash before you leave. Laundry detergent is located in the laundry room cabinets. Smoking is not allowed inside the home, but you can smoke in outdoor areas such as the back patio area. Do not open the windows of the home. Please do not throw cigarette butts in the yard. Put them in the container provided on the spool on the back patio or in your own container. No shooting guns or fireworks. Our max occupancy is 6 guests. Please do not spit tobacco products in sinks or in the yard. Use your own container. Make sure to turn off the lights, and any electronics when you leave the house. Our neighborhood is important to us, and most residents live here full-time. Please respect the community and try to avoid making loud noises. Due to allergies of other guests, pets are not allowed. Even “hypoallergenic” ones. We appreciate your understanding. *Our cleaning fee is less than half of what it costs to have the home cleaned and everything washed after each guest.
