The Breakers - Charming beach block Victorian home

Looking for a charming Victorian home close to the beach AND in the heart of Cape May? The Breakers is in the perfect location, less than a block from the beach and about a block from Washington Street Mall with its dining and shops. The Breakers has been a well-known summer vacation home since 2005. Our family bought it in 2022 and hope to share with you why we fell in love with it. The space This classic Victorian was built in 1880 and retains its charm from yesteryear, from the wraparound porch (where you can watch the horse and carriage tours mosey down the street) to antique furniture to crystal chandeliers adorning the home. The house has also undergone extensive renovation and provides modern conveniences and amenities. It boasts 2 modern kitchens, water (and fireworks!) views from the deck, and 8 spacious bedrooms, all with ensuite/private bathrooms. Guest access The Breakers is a whole house rental and has a private lot behind the house for up to 8 cars. Given the house is beach block and about a block from the town center, you can forget about your car until you leave! Other things to note Lease required! Upon booking, I will email a lease to you for signature. NOTE: while quilts/pillows/kitchen towels are provided, bed sheets and bath/beach towels are NOT provided.
