Cleaning fee, bed & bath linens included. The space A spacious wrap-around covered deck welcomes you to this exciting vacation home and invites you to stroll out and enjoy the bayside vistas. A 50-foot dock and generous boat slips are available for tenant use and ocean beaches are just a brief walk away. The great-room floor plan features 12’ ceilings and windows on three sides, including 20 large clearstory windows. Eight panels of east-facing French doors invite you out onto the comfortably-furnished covered deck. The gas barbeque grill is conveniently located on the patio just off the deck, along with some additional dining & lounging furniture. This home's spacious kitchen is full of amenities and gadgets, it also features a 4’x8’ working island with stainless steel sink and built-in drain boards; “socializing” stools keep in-kitchen traffic at a minimum. A separate wine refrigerator complements a freezer-on-the-bottom refrigerator, blender, and even a selection of fun recipe books! Guest access Bed linens and bath linens are INCLUDED in this rental. An oversized whirlpool-style tub is the perfect place for your relaxing soak after a day at the beach, out on the boat, or in the kayak. A breezy deck off the master suite offers fabulous views in all directions. For a quiet breakfast or an evening respite, this is a great spot to escape & relax! A second roomy upstairs bedroom is home to a king size bed as well. Two mid-level bedrooms complete the property, one with a queen bed and one with two twin beds. In total, this home sleeps eight.
