Our completely renovated condo on top has everything you need to visit & enjoy the historic Marigny district. Minutes away from the French Market and Frenchmen Street. Countless shops, bars, restaurants & galleries are steps away. The perfect location to enjoy authentic New Orleans. The space The downstairs floor of the building is occupied now by a new restaurant and bar called The Breakaway's Restaurant and Bar that is open. Music & Noise from downstairs can be heard in the unit during late night and into the early morning hours on occasion. This is a fun and lively neighborhood for anyone looking for the joys of live music, food and company! Two bedrooms, one bathroom, & a large living area provide ample space for you and your guests to enjoy. Floor to ceiling windows brighten up the space and provide a classic New Orleans feel to any already historic building. The kitchen comes fully stocked with all cooking essentials for an evening in. A large dining room table, with seating for six, is sure to provide plenty of space to entertain as well. Enjoy a wonderful cup of coffee while soaking up the morning sun happily provided by us! We also have an extra fold out cot for any extra guests! Just ask! Guest access The whole apartment is exclusively for guest use! There is free street parking all along the block.
