Stella Serena has undergone extensive renovations. It is a completely renovated, charming, 3/2 home with most importantly, views of the marsh and waterways of Scituate from every window. Whether you are coming to unwind, kayak, go to the beach, or all of it, Stella Serena will give you the rare place to recharge & have fun. We provide bikes, kayaks, paddleboard, cornhole for fun. A firepit & gas fireplace for relaxation. Breathtaking, everchanging views daily and incredible sunsets. The space Stella Serena was built around 1908. It retains its quirky roof line & flooring, but it's a completely new, cozy and inviting home. You can sit and enjoy the serenity of the marsh & waterways, have great conversations and plan an active day. The beds are comfortable, bed linens are delightful. The kitchen is brand new, fully equipped with lots of space to cook, gather, play games, enjoy the fireplace and share laughs. You'll find body wash & shampoo/conditioner in the bathroom showers. The laundry room is stocked with Tide pods, dryer sheets and other laundry essentials. We can supply a laptop desk for work and the wifi is fast. The cottage is one of a trio of homes we have available at the Salt Marshes, Treasure Island. Stella Maris, across the yard, is a 6/3 that sleeps 12 and has wonderful sunsets and marsh views. Stella Sorelle, across the street is a 2/1 cottage that sleeps 4 and is in the center of the island. Guest access Stella Serena is located in the Salt Marshes, Treasure Island. A security gate ensures resident access only for the 4 houses on the island. The yard is large, lots of space to throw a football, set up cornhole or play croquet. The area is private and so restorative, you may never want to leave. There is parking for 2 cars in the driveway and additional parking along side the property. Other things to note Our outdoor amenities, kayaks, gas grill, patio furniture, fire pit and clothesline are available seasonally.
