Aloha! Our beautifully decorated 3 bedroom 2 bath Hawaiian style vacation house is conveniently located close to Kailua-Kona town, beaches, fishing, stores and restaurants. With all the conveniences of home, it sleeps 2 to 6 persons at a great price. The space Our 3 bedroom 2 bath vacation house is conveniently located just 5 minutes from Kailua-Kona town and its many shops, restaurants and grocery stores. You are just 5 to 10 minutes from many of Kona's most popular beaches, snorkel spots and activities. Only 15 minutes from the Kona Airport [KOA] its a great location to enjoy Kona and the Big Island. Granite and marble abound in this renovated Hawaiian style home. The Master bedroom "The Palm room" has a king bed, walk-in closet and private full bath with private access to the Lanai and garden thru it's french doors. The second bedroom "The Seashell room" has a queen bed with large closet and opens up to the outdoor Lanai and the side gardens thru a large sliding glass door. The third bedroom "The Ocean room" has a queen bed and a large closet, plus a toy box filled with toys for all ages and an adventure of ocean animal stuffed toys. The second full bathroom has marble appointments and all rooms in the house have ceiling and stand-up fans. The kitchen is fully stocked and has most everything for your cooking needs. It has recently been refurbished with a large new refrigerator. The bar counter opens to the dinning/living room with 3 tall seats and a view of the TV. The beautiful entertainment center offers a new 55” HD flat screen TV with WiFi internet access, CableTV service, HD dvd player and various movies, cards and games. We are very kid friendly with lots of toys, books, puzzles and beach gear for all ages to enjoy. The Lanai has a barbecue grill and is set up for outdoor dinning under a shaded pergola with ceiling fan and night lights. A hose is in the front to wash the sand off from your beach gear, and towel racks to hang your beach towels on the Lanai. There is also a washer and dryer to clean up after your activities. A great place for 2 to 6 persons in a home away from home at a great price. This is a hosted site. You have your own private entrances, lanai, laundry and parking for your car, but the driveway is shared. Guest access Guest parking is off the road in front of the house with space for your vehicle. We have provided a fully stocked house with most of the conveniences of home. We also have snorkel gear, beach coolers, beach chair, umbrellas, boogie boards and beach supplies for you use and enjoy. Host will greet you when you arrive and is on the property if you need any assistance. Other things to note Our check-in time is at 4pm or later. Check-out time is by 10am. We can make arrangements for different check in or out times if the booking schedule allows enough time between guests and cleaning.
