The ground floor unit means easy access to the outdoor lanai dining area, pool, beach and gym. No elevators or stairs. Free assigned parking is close by. One large bedroom with a comfy CA King bed with a deluxe mattress topper, large dresser & 2 nightstands, plus a closet for hanging clothes. Fold up baby crib in closet. Queen sofa bed with a deluxe mattress topper in living room. Sleep to the sound of the waves, catch the morning sunrise and enjoy the golden sunset. Fully remodeled bathroom & kitchen, lots of space for the whole family. Kids can hit the beach or pool and you can supervise from the lanai. Gym is 20 steps away and the pool isn't too far. Outside shower & BBQ just steps away. We are directly ocean front, if you have young children who do not know how to swim you will be asked to sign a waiver. Children need to be watched at all times, no lifeguard on the property. Pool is gated and locked, but the ocean is right there. This space is good for 2-4 guests. Only registered guests have access to the condo and the gym, pool, and bbq area, including the patio, unless you have written permission from the owners. The price quoted is for 2 adults, if you have 4 you will be charged an additional daily rate for each guest. Only registered guests have access to the property. We have lots of louver windows in the bedroom, as well as a side window with louvers in the living room. We do not have AC, as many homes on the North Shore coast we have natural Tradewinds that blow year round keeping the condo cool. There are 2 ceiling fans, one in the living room and one in the master bedroom. There is also a front door and a screen door allowing the breeze to circulate. The unit has a large assortment of original tropical art and the overall vibe is minimal coastal. It's a place of tranquility, read a book, take a nap! PETS are not allowed by the HOA, they are strict and will write up a situation if you bring a pet on the property without HOA approval and you may be asked to vacate. We love dogs, but they were clear about this from day 1, please respect the rules. mahalo! Guest access There is a keypad lock next to the front door.
