When mingling's the mission, there are two common areas to enjoy! Upstairs you'll find a modern living room with seating for six, perfect for a quiet evening with a glass of wine and good conversation. Downstairs is where fun is waiting to happen! The game room includes seating for six in front of our 75" TV, a pool table, air hockey, foosball, classic tabletop PacMan, a youth basketball hoop, and a game table for four which, of course, is accompanied by a variety of games to play! When you're ready for some personal space, each of the sleeping quarters has ample to offer and is equipped with its own 43" TV to help you relax and unwind. This house sleeps 10: Bedroom 1: King (x2) Bedroom 2: King, Twin Daybed (x3) Bedroom 3: Choose your snooze! This room is customizable to best suit your group! It comes standard with two Twin XL beds. You may opt to have them connected to create a King instead! Just let us know which way you'd like the room set up for you! This room also has a bonus standard Twin bed. (x3) Living room: Full sofa sleeper (x2) Our warm weather guests may enjoy their morning coffee or an evening cocktail on our front patio. Then feel free to fire up the grill and enjoy dinner in our cozy back yard, where there is dining seating for 10, and additional casual seating for 8 around the fire pit.
