This studio is located on North Reserve St, a 3 minute walk from shops and restaurants. The unit's interior has been updated and is perfect for 1 or 2 people. Enjoy a beautiful atmosphere, comfy bed, great shower, and Netflix. Right after you book I'll send you over a walkthrough video that'll explain the neighborhood/area, show you the street, parking, property, and unit. It'll also go over instructions for the hot tub. Please watch these videos so you know what to expect and how to best plan for your stay! The vibe: modern luxury. Aesthetically pleasing color scheme and finishes. We tried to create an environment that appealed to all of the senses. From the tealight candle wall feature to the antique washtub converted into a kitchen sink to the fluffy towels to the gorgeous wood kitchenette, you'll really enjoy the vibe that has been created here. Technology/Entertainment: Wireless internet. A Smart TV hooked up to a smart Blu-ray/DVD player. So the system is really smart I guess. You'll have access to our Netflix account and a few DVDs. There are some board games. Bed: Double bed. Cozy for 2 people. Bathroom/Laundry: Updated bathroom. New vanity and nice lighting. Roomy tub/shower with nice shower head which is elevated above normal height and also portable. You'll have access to shampoo and body wash. The bathroom has a washer and dryer in it with detergent and dryers sheets provided. There is also a 4' wide closet rod w/ 2 shelves in the bathroom. This is the best "storage" in the space for your clothing and bags. Kitchenette/Dining: Small kitchenette. Mini fridge. Microwave. 3-Quart Super Pot with Grill Plate. Keurig coffee maker. Also you'll have access to a french press pot with electric kettle for tea and coffee. There is silverware, plates, bowls, glassware, wine and shot glasses available for you to use. There's a bar height table with 2 stools for you to sit/eat at. Outside: Cold Stone ice cream is our favorite place to walk to, it's quite literally right out our back yard. There are also lots of restaurants and shops in that shopping center. Right off of this unit is a covered patio and private fenced in yard. At night it's well it up with string lights. On the patio there's a propane bbq grill you can use. Parking: There is parking outside of the fence to our property, just off the street. You'll see signs designating where to park. The outdoor space has a private yard with 6 foot privacy fence and a fire-pit for your full use. There is a barbecue grill outside the gate to the guesthouse available for your use. Our caretaker lives in another unit on the property. She also has access to the barbecue grill. Other things to note This is a pet friendly property. We have dogs. But we will try to keep them away from you while you're here. They may wander up every now and again. They're super friendly. You're welcome to bring your dog as well. The property is well fenced in, so no worry of them escaping. There is a dog bed in the space. We'd just ask if you have your dog with you, you try to keep them off the bed and couch as much as possible. Also, please clean up after your dog. There is a trashcan and bags provided. As much as possible, please keep your dogs from barking incessantly. The caretaker’s bedroom window faces the guest house, so the sound travels. If you plan on leaving your dog unattended in the unit, please make sure they are well behaved and not destructive, otherwise please have them crated. The caretaker for this property does live on site in one of the duplex units. They have their own backyard space. They are available to help with anything you might need during your stay.
