It has an open and spacious floor plan and boasts updated appliances. The kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances and utensils. It also includes a washer, dryer, air conditioning and heat. Master bedroom with king bed and 1 bath are on the first floor and 2 queen beds and 1 bath are on the second floor. Kitchen is fully updated and opens into the dining room. There is a separate living room with a queen size pull out bed in the blue couch (visible in pictures of the living room). The main AC was completely replaced in September 2020, so your stay will be very comfortable! We also have a new 65" LG TV installed in August 2021. There is a 42" TCL Smart TV in the master bedroom as well. Both TV's have all the streaming apps and a Chromecast. Keypad available for self check-in after 4 p.m. Checkout at 10 a.m. Rest easy while you're away from the house - we have security cameras in the back parking/studios area & driveway for safety and liability reasons. It's also just minutes from Downtown Baton Rouge by car. There are many places within walking distance, and Uber and Lyft are also readily available. NO DOGS ARE PERMITTED INSIDE THE HOME WITHOUT WRITTEN PERMISSION FROM THE HOST. Please do not smoke inside the house. We have Wi-Fi enabled devices inside the house that will alert us of any smoking inside the house.
