The space This beautifully renovated Victorian is located just 5 short blocks to the beach, steps to delicious restaurants and desserts on Main St, and a 5min drive to nightlife in Asbury and Belmar - You will be staying in an unbeatable location! Everything for your Jersey shore vacation is provided from soaps and towels to (6) beach badges and chairs. Our guidebook details some local secrets when it's time to grab a bite to eat and see the area! This beach home sleeps comfortably up to 8+, featuring 3 spacious full bedrooms+loft, with high quality linens: 1 king, 1 Queen, and 1 Full with 1 Queen in the loft that your kids will love, aka "the penthouse". An air mattress is also available. 1-1/2 baths complete with high-end body soaps; fully equipped kitchen; office, dining room; and living spaces indoor and out. Walk in from a day of travel to a fridge full of complimentary beverages and a bottle of wine. Brew a fresh coffee in the morning dew and unwind on the porch swing or lounge in the newly upgraded back patio complete with many relaxing amenities. For the remote workers there is a professional home office setup (plug laptop into the hub with USB-C) and the living room coffee table lifts up for a great surface to use your laptop. Lightning fast 1 GB Verizon Fios internet provides full coverage over the entire property. The fully equipped kitchen with new appliances, cookware and dishware will ensure that you can prepare any meal for the entire family. Propane and grilling tools are available for the BBQ and firewood is stocked for the firepit. Cleaning products and paper products are located in the kitchen pantry, along with fold up table and chairs if you require more seating. All linens, towels, etc. are provided. The front porch is a popular hangout on summer nights, with a small sitting table and porch swing. The back patio has a dining table, hammock, hanging chairs, couch, hot tub, fire pit and BBQ to relax after a great day on the beach! Don’t forget to bring your fur baby along for the ride. We are completely dog friendly. Please make sure they are good with other dogs, up to date on all shots and potty trained. Let us know if interested in renting the other house in the rear: it is brand new, luxury construction featuring 16' ceilings, a panoramic glass balcony and subzero appliances. It's 1 BD (king), 1BA with a loft (king). Renting the house opens the entire property for use, including off street parking for 3 or more vehicles!! Guest access Free on-street parking usually available in the front of the house. You could walk to Asbury from here but we'd recommend Uber or Surf Taxi. We would not recommend driving to Asbury given the challenge to park. Other things to note Beach badges (6) will be included for duration of stay but must be returned on departure. Beach towels, chairs will be all available for every guest.
