It is located on the 3rd floor which maybe accessed by two elevators. The condo was renovated and remodeled in October 2021 with a gorgeous accented wall and modern décor with air conditioning in the living room. The living room has a queen size Murphy bed and two sofa couch that folds out into a full size bed. The bedroom has a queen size bed and additional inflatable full size mattress. There is a washer/dryer and full size bathroom. The kitchen is fully stocked with a full stove/oven, dishwasher, refrigerator/freezer, blender, coffee maker, microwave, and toaster. The beach and pool is right at your doorstep. Guest access You will have full access to your private 720 sq ft condo on the 3rd floor of the building. You will also shared access to other amenity areas such as the pool, the gym, the BBQ, back yard, beach, and outdoor patio lounge. IMPORTANT UPDATE: the condo lanai is being renovated and for your safety building management has restricted access to our private lanai. Our prices have been discounted to reflect that. Specifics of the neighboring renovations and our nightly rate discount are detailed in the "Other details to note" section below. Other things to note IMPORTANT UPDATE: Currently (July 2023) our lanai is being renovated. M-F between 8:00 am and 5:00 pm there may be loud construction noise coming from the lanai and neighboring unit. For safety reasons, building management has restricted access to our lanai. We apologize in advance for this inconvenience and have reduced our listing price by $150 per night from our normal nightly rate. If you plan to be out and about during the day this could be a greatly discounted opportunity for you to stay right on the most beautiful beach on Oahu! We will update this listing as the renovations progress. We supply the bear essentials you will need, there is dish soap, laundry soap, paper towels, and toilet paper for your stay.
