Spacious house and two on-site studio apartments sleep a total of 12. This newly renovated luxurious home will exceed your expectations! It is located in the heart of Baton Rouge and is walking distance to LSU, minutes from Downtown, and in close proximity to City Park and beautiful jogging trails. The kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances and utensils. It also includes a washer, dryer, AC (fall 2021) and heat. It is fully furnished with linens, housewares and includes all utilities. The space Main House: 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home. Sleeps 8. Master bedroom with king bed and 1 bath are on the first floor and 2 queen beds and 1 bath are on the second floor. There is a fold out queen bed from the blue couch in the living room. Kitchen is fully updated and opens into the dining room. The main AC was completely replaced in September 2020, so your stay will be very comfortable! There is a separate living room, access to washer/dryer and spacious back yard. Parking for three cars in front of the house. We have a new 65" LG TV installed in the main house living room in August 2021. There is also a 42" TCL Smart TV in the master bedroom as well. There is a Chromecast and all the streaming apps on both televisions. Studios: 2 one bedroom studio apartments are located over the covered parking behind the main house. Each apartment has a king bed, bathroom, fully equipped kitchen and washer/dryer, as well as dining and working spaces. Studios come with one covered parking spot each. Keypads available for self check-in after 4 p.m. Checkout at 10 a.m. This listing is for the house AND both studios. We have Wi-Fi enabled devices inside the house that will alert us of any smoking inside the house.
