This newly renovated lake house is the perfect getaway to enjoy world class fishing, amazing views, and all of our amenities. Located in the heart of Toledo Town, The Pilcher House can accommodate everyone from fishermen to large families. This fully furnished 4 bedroom/2 bath house comfortably sleeps 12-14 guests and has everything you are looking for. Launch your boat around the corner and pull up to our beautiful new dock on the water. This is the perfect place for a fun & relaxing getaway. The space The master bedroom has 2 queen beds with a private bathroom, bedroom number two has 2 full beds, bedroom number three has a full bed, and bedroom number 4 has a queen bed. Additionally, the living room has a fold out queen sofa bed. All bedrooms come with freshly washed sheets and comfortable full-size pillows. The 2 full bathrooms are stocked with towels, wash cloths, and hand soap. The utility room is equipped with an iron, ironing board and a large washer and dryer set. This house has 3 flat screen TV’s as well as high speed WIFI and Cable for you to enjoy. You can enjoy one of the local restaurants just minutes away or take advantage of our fully furnished kitchen. The kitchen has an electric stove and oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, toaster and blender, as well as all of your cooking and eating necessities. Wake up and smell the coffee with our programmable coffee maker for those early mornings on the lake. One of the best features of this house is the multilevel covered back porch with breathtaking views of the lake. Complete with ceiling fans, party lights, picnic table, sitting area, and charcoal pit, the porch is the perfect place to hang out, cook and relax. For those cooler nights, gather around our fire pit in the back yard to keep warm or to enjoy a yummy marshmallow roast. 30 amp and 50 amp RV spot is also available for rent with the property.
