Furniture Should Stay Where It Is ➤ We’ve set up the home for your comfort and convenience. Kindly refrain from moving or rearranging furniture. Pet Policy ➤ We welcome 1 small non shedding dogs! Huge perk, as finding parking during summer is challenging or you must pay exorbitant fees at parking lots • All televisions are Smart TVs; you can log in with your own accounts to continue what you were watching at home Guest Requirements Per Seaside Ordinance #179 & 55-3, the primary guest must be at least 25 years old and staying on-site during the rental period. We kindly ask that the names, ages, and addresses of all guests be shared prior to check-in. For groups including guests under 21, the Borough of Seaside Heights requires signed consent forms from a parent or guardian. To maintain a quiet and respectful environment, outside visitors are not permitted. Groups made up entirely of guests under 21, or those exceeding the number of registered guests, may be unable to check in. Subleasing & Third-Party Bookings For security and peace of mind, subleasing or transferring your reservation to another party is not allowed.
