This apartment is a stand-alone unit, no shared walls or neighbors above or below, and is a private, quiet, comfortable space in the heart of Davenport. The apartment is exclusively yours during your stay, no sharing closet or bathroom space with the host's personal belongings. It's a fully furnished 1 bedroom, 1 bath apartment that was originally built as a caretaker's cottage. It is located behind my home, above my garage. Guests must be able to climb up 1 1/2 flights of stairs for access. The space This apartment is located in a quiet residential neighborhood, within walking distance of Vander Veer Park and its beautiful fountains and botanical gardens! Ideally, it's perfect for two people but accommodates up to three people with 2 additional single beds: 1 single roll-away bed, and 1 single air mattress. Guest access You'll have access to the entire apartment. It's a one bedroom stand-alone unit that consists of a living room, dining room, kitchen, bedroom, and bathroom. Excluding winter months, there is a small shared backyard and patio with seating. Other things to note A television providing local channels and Netflix is available for your use in the living room. Or, use your own devices to access the wireless internet connection and smart TV. Please make yourselves at home! We are people friendly, everybody is welcomed here, and we would be pleased to have you as guests. We are conveniently located 4.5 miles from the I80 and US61 interchange. The Rock Island Arsenal is just down the hill, approximately 2 miles away. Nearby, you'll find Saint Ambrose University, Palmer School of Chiropractic studies, Genesis East & West, Downtown Davenport, Figge Art Museum, Putnam Museum and iMax Theatre, Casinos, Adler Theatre, the Mississippi Valley Fairgrounds, Centennial Park, Northpark Mall, and easy access to Bettendorf, Moline, & Rock Island.
