The space Built in the late 1800’s, our double-wide shotgun was lovingly renovated into a beautiful and large single residence with plenty of space for large groups. High ceilings, historic woodwork, and a fascinating history are hallmarks of this historic home, and the location couldn’t be more convenient. All the modern amenities you could ask for, and just steps from the FQ and Marigny! The space features: a newly renovated whole historic home featuring: 5 private bedrooms (3 queen beds and 4 twin beds) & 4 full bathrooms. Kitchen w/ brand new appliances & complimentary coffee with pods. Washer and dryer in the kitchen. Roku w/55' TV in living room. Large private, fenced in back yard with access to games such as corn hole. STR PERMIT: 21-CSTR-00954 Guest access You have access to the entire property, including the fenced in back yard. Check in is 3PM - Under most circumstances the house may available sooner, however, this is on a trip by trip basis. Check out is 11 AM. Other things to note The house is on keyless entry. You and your guests will use a 4 digit code to access the house. The code will be provided upon reservation confirmation. While we do not have off street parking there are usually plenty of free spaces right out front. The entire home is on a single level.
