The space Fishing is limited to members of the Lake Association. Access to the power boat is not provided. Only boats registered to the homeowners are allowed on the water. Any fishing by a non-member will result in a $450 fine. The lake takes its fishing rules very seriously! WiFi is not provided but there is a Verizon tower near by and Verizon cell service is good. TVs are located in the house with DVD players, but cable is not available.
