The space Perfect for a memorable Winter getaway with your family or friends. Spend the days outside in nature during this amazing season and experience winter by the lake. Shawnee Mountain is only 35 minutes away and perfect for the family. Mountain Creek is 30 minutes away and has lots of runs for all skill levels. The house itself also has lots of space. There are 5 bedrooms. One master on the upper level and three downstairs, along with a play room. There is another "hidden" bedroom in the loft, along with a peloton bike, for those who need to keep their steak going ;). There are two office spaces. One on the main floor next to the master and one in the loft. All the bathrooms in the house have been recently remodeled with new tubs, sinks, toilets, modern, high-end fittings, Italian marble and heated floors. For rest and relaxation, there is a main living room overlooking the lake. There is another sitting room with French sliding doors and a fireplace so you can feel like you are outside in the forest while sitting by a warm fireplace. Last, there is a game room with a TV, card table and bar, a place for the grown-ups to play while the kids are asleep. There is also a covered garage which guests can use to park one car. Please note that swimming in the lake and using the trampoline are at your own risk. There is no lifeguard on duty, and safety precautions should be taken at all times. We encourage all guests to supervise children closely and use their best judgment when enjoying these amenities. Guest access Guest will have access to the entire house and lake. Other things to note There is a instruction book that will be available to guests to read with all the house rules and appliance instructions. Please pay attention: Septic instructions. The house a septic system and there are some particular rules for using a septic. Please none of the following in the drains or toilets: Cooking grease or oil Non-flushable wipes, such as baby wipes or other wet wipes Photographic solutions Feminine hygiene products Condoms Dental floss Diapers Cigarette butts Coffee grounds Cat litter Paper towels Pharmaceuticals Household chemicals like gasoline, oil, pesticides, antifreeze, and paint or paint thinners
