To ensure a comfortable and enjoyable experience for all our guests—and to be respectful of our wonderful neighbors—please take a moment to review and follow these simple guidelines during your stay: • No Parties or Loud Gatherings  ➤ While we hope you have a fantastic time, this is a family-friendly space, not a party house  ➤ As per township ordinance, Quiet hours begin at 10 PM to ensure everyone, including our neighbors, enjoys a peaceful evening  ➤ (Please note: The township enforces strict noise ordinances) • Pet Policy  ➤ We welcome 1 small non shedding dogs ! A pet fee applies  ➤ Please provide your pet’s breed and size before booking for approval  ➤ Unfortunately, large dogs that shed excessively or have aggressive tendencies are not a fit for our space 🧼 Our Cleanliness Promise • We take pride in offering a clean space • If anything isn’t to your satisfaction when you arrive, let us know within 2 hours of check-in and we’ll gladly send our cleaning team 🌊 Enjoy a relaxing beach escape with everything you need for a memorable shore vacation! Guest access You will have private access to one of the condos located in the back, outdoor areas, and all outdoor amenities including showers, grills and dining areas are shared among all guests at the property. Other things to note • We provide a starter pack of paper products • Parking: 1 car (a $250+ value for weekly stays). Huge perk, as finding parking during summer is challenging or you must pay exorbitant fees at parking lots • All televisions are Smart TVs; you can log in with your own accounts to continue what you were watching at home Guest Requirements Per Seaside Ordinance #179 & 55-3, the primary guest must be at least 25 years old and staying on-site during the rental period. We kindly ask that the names, ages, and addresses of all guests be shared prior to check-in. For groups including guests under 21, the Borough of Seaside Heights requires signed consent forms from a parent or guardian. To maintain a quiet and respectful environment, outside visitors are not permitted. Groups made up entirely of guests under 21, or those exceeding the number of registered guests, may be unable to check in. Subleasing & Third-Party Bookings For security and peace of mind, subleasing or transferring your reservation to another party is not allowed. No 3rd party booking, the booking person must stay through the reservation Please inquire with any questions
