Welcome to our newly renovated 4-bed, 2-bath Cape house close to downtown Chatham and beaches! The house is equipped with central air, wifi, a living room TV with cable, smart TVs in 3 bedrooms, and a washer/dryer set. The property also includes a large deck and back yard, great for grilling and outdoor activities. We have a property manager nearby to help with any needs you may have during your stay. Sat-Sat 7-night minimum stay last 2 weeks of June through end of August. Our house has 2 bedrooms and a full bath on the first floor and 2 bedrooms and a full bath on the second floor. There is a door at the top of the staircase that can be closed and offers great separation if you are traveling with 2 families or grandparents! We are close to downtown Chatham and beaches. Newly landscaped yard with stone driveway - parking for 4 cars maximum. Please do not park on the lawn as it could cause damage to the sprinklers. We provide quilts, blankets, pillows and mattress covers. We do not provide linens (sheets or towels). If needed we can help arrange for a linen service.
