Our home is perfect for your family vacation! -Beautifully updated BEACH BLOCK home that features 7 BRs & 3.5 bath. -Parking for up to 3 cars in driveway. -Open layout that features oak hardwood flooring throughout, built-in bookcases & shelves, and an updated kitchen w/granite countertops & appliances. -Multiple sunrooms & porches to enjoy, and just STEPS TO THE BEACH & BOARDWALK! -6 beach chairs are available for the guest (stored in laundry room) The space FIRST FLOOR -Walk into the large living room area with comfortable seating. TV with HULU live streaming only. No Cable. - You will find many board games & playing cards on the shelves for a rainy day. -Beautiful dining area to enjoy homemade meals w/ family & friends. -To the left (of dining area) is the entrance of the covered sunroom with natural light to enjoy a good book or your morning coffee. -To the right (of dining area) is the kitchen with small kitchen table and more seating. Newly renovated appliances with granite top countertops. -Washer/Dryer -1/2 bathroom next to laundry room. - 6 beach chairs provided (for summer season) and is stored in the laundry room. Please, make yourself at home. Other things to note Please remember that you're staying in a house, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on site. TRASH Trash day is Tuesday. If you are staying over night on Monday, we would really appreciate if you could help us out by taking the trash cans (on the right side of the home) to the curb. It can be taken out Monday night or early Tuesday morning. PARKING We have a driveway that can accommodate up to 3 cars. THE 3 CARS NEED TO BE PARKED IN TIGHTLY, AND CAN NEVER BLOCK THE SIDEWALK. YOU WILL GET A TICKET!! There is also street parking, but please make sure to read all street signs. BEACH CHAIRS: We have placed 6 beach folding chairs in the laundry room for guests to use at the beach. Please return them when done and please try to rinse any sand off with the hose on the side of the house before bringing them into the house. -BRAND NEW AIR CONDITIONING INSTALLED FOR SUMMER 2022. - In terms of supplies, we only provide a starter kit. PLEASE NOTE: There is a back basement apartment that is only used by the homeowners on occasion. This unit is not rented out. This separate unit has its own separate entrance and the homeowner will not park in the driveway while guests have reserved the property so you will still have all 3 parking spots. The owner will need to walk on the driveway to enter and exit the unit, but otherwise, you will not notice them.
