This newly renovated family home located in a clean, quiet neighborhood, close proximity to Century Link in the heart of North Monroe. This home contains all of the necessary amenities for a small family including all Kenmore appliances (washer and dryer included). The large back yard great for pets, the residence has a 6 ft. privacy fence with a deluxe gas grill perfect for cookouts. This residence CAN NOT be used as an event center this is our family home. This means No Parties What So Ever. NO Large Gatherings or Parties at this residence, this is our Home not an Event Center. Pets are allowed however pets are not allowed on furniture or in beds. You will be charged an additional $100.00 if there is pet hair found on the furniture or beds. We like to give our guest their space, we are available anytime for communication through text by way of AirBnb platform. This neighborhood is quite just outside of city limits but close to everything you’ll need for your visit. The residence has more than adequate parking. The cameras that are installed are only to monitor the outside (garage, driveway and backyard areas). There are NO CAMERAS INSIDE the residence.
