The space This large suite consists of a super comfortable king bed, full bathroom, living room with your very own fireplace for those cozy nights, a coffee bar with coffee pods and a minifridge, this suite has everything that you will need towels, sheets, blankets, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hair dryer, iron, A/C and heating. The suite is separated by acoustic security/ fire door and foyer it is attached to the main house 'Gateway to the Great Northern". Guest access 2 Parking spaces is available for you in the west alley driveway. If extra parking is needed will have temporary parking pass for East side street parking. During your stay When making a reservation, rest assure, we will provide all necessary self-check in details in your private messages closer to check in date. Upon checking in, there will be a binder containing important information including Wi-Fi password and contact information. If you have any further questions, feel free to contact us, we will get back to you within 24hr. Other things to note 'Gateway to the Great Northern". If you want to book the whole property that will be 5 bedrooms and 4 full bathrooms, outdoor space, BBQ grill, outdoor furniture and 4 parking spaces on the property. We will provide temporary parking passes for 2 extra vehicles. Pets are Welcome, must notify property manager for approval. There is a $35.00 pet fee per pet. Petiquette for House Guests with Pets: Please clean up after your pets, we provided poop bags. Accidents can happen. We ask you to please clean up after your pets immediately. Don't let your pets lounge on the furniture or sleep on the beds. Pets are not allowed to be alone in the home unless you have them in a kennel. Please be mindful of your neighbors! Keep control over dogs barking. We suggest that you bring kennel, bedding, your pets’ favorite toys, food and treats, along with your pet eating and drinking dishes so they may have a wonderful time on vacation too.
