Some of the unique features we like about the home include: - Easy walk to Bad Martha's Brewery, Sharky's, Stop & Shop and Downtown Edgartown. - Being able BBQ in the backyard - Open concept living allows you to cook family dinner and converse with those relaxing on the couch after a day at the beach - Park both your cars in the two car garage and still have room for 4-6 additional cars (or the jet ski) outside - Playing bocce or cornhole on the grass - Take in the fresh ocean air which is less than a mile way Guest access Guests have access to the entire house, backyard patio, 2 car garage and 4-6 car parking.
