Formal living room and cozy den provides a beautiful space on the first floor well away from family room for reading or quiet conversation. The recently renovated sunny attic features huge skylights, a game room and a kids’TV area plus an additional desk for quiet study or reading. Guest access Four bedrooms on the second floor are separated by halls for privacy and plenty of sunlight. Formal living room BAS a very comfortable fold-out double bed. Air conditioners provide cooling in kitchen/eating areas, family room, and all bedrooms. Main and servants' stairways connect all areas of the house. Other things to note Towels, sheets, beach chairs, coolers, beach umbrella, and a beach cart are all provided. The two stairs to the second floor are a bit steep but are equipped with handrails and carpeting. The back yard is completely fenced in and is overlooked by the deck, so small children can play in a protected area.
