The space At the center of the home, the kitchen serves as a natural gathering space, with an open layout that allows for effortless flow between rooms. Guests can gather around the island or enjoy meals at the farm table, with a warm fireplace adding ambiance throughout. Upstairs, a second floor catwalk connects three thoughtfully arranged bedrooms. The Chickadee Room offers a queen bed, two singles, and a convertible chair, along with a private full bath. The Mockingbird Room features a queen bed, while the Woodpecker Room includes a queen and one single; these two rooms share a full bath. On the first floor, the Cardinal Room provides a semi private sleeping area with four single beds, located just steps from a half bath, making it a comfortable option for guests who prefer to avoid stairs. An additional single bed is tucked along the stairwell, offering added flexibility for larger groups. Guest access Main entrance is located in the back of the home adjacent to the driveway. There are 4 steps leading to a 20 foot farmers porch and door entrance. Other things to note For an additional fee, I offer hospitality services. These services include (but are not limited to) concierge tasks, housekeeping and laundry, personal driving, grocery shopping and errands, meal prep, cooking and cleanup. Hosting and coordinating business meetings, team building, graduations, anniversaries, birthday parties, and funerals.
