The space The kitchen truly the heart of the home rests in the center. The open lay out allows guests to mingle gracefully from room to room. Gather around the kitchen island or enjoy dinner at the 12 person farm table. Viewed from all rooms is a cozy old world fire place. The unique layout includes a cat walk located on the second floor connecting 3 bedrooms. The chickadee room with a full bath comprises of a queen, 2 singles and a chair which extends to a small single. The Mockingbird includes a queen and a chair which extends to small single. The Woodpecker incorporates a queen and one single. Both of these bedrooms share a full bath.The cardinal room is semi private and located on the first floor. Offering 4 single beds and just steps from the half bath. With a bit of creativity, a single bed has been mounted in the stairwell for additional sleeping. The sprawling front farmer porch features a breathtaking view of the countryside. Whether you relax in the crystal clear pool or stroll through the enchanted gardens I hope you enjoy my home. Great for small events and venues. My home welcomes gatherings up to 15 over night guests while still maintaining the quality of your stay. With so much negative emphasis on additional fees, I want my guests to understand the benefit fees have on my listing. The property can only have one listing, which makes pricing a little tricky. To price bookings over 8 guests I start with a base rate. A $60 fee per guest/night is added for each additional guest. The Airbnb guest fee( approximately 14.2%.) is determined by AIRBNB and not the host. It is calculated from the booking subtotal ( nightly+ Cleaning fee + additional guest fee, if applicable). My listing requires both state and local taxes. Guest access Main entrance is located in the back of the home adjacent to the driveway. There are 4 steps leading to a 20 foot farmers porch and door entrance. Reserving the entire house gives you full access to the kitchen.. The kitchen sits in the middle of the home with a very open concept. An 8 foot bar for prepping food, drinking wine and socializing. 36"-5 Element electric Jenn - Air cooktop, custom raised panel refrigerator, soap stone counters with Vermont soapstone sink. A butler pantry housing Jenn - Air dual convection oven's, microwave, coffee maker, toaster oven and counter. Wide open to a gathering room with vaulted ceiling an 8 foot farm table. Table sits 12 comfortably and plenty of room to add another table. Perfect space for large gatherings. Other things to note For an additional fee, I offer hospitality services. These services include (but are not limited to) concierge tasks, housekeeping and laundry, personal driving, grocery shopping and errands, meal prep, cooking and cleanup. Hosting and coordinating business meetings, team building, graduations, anniversaries, birthday parties, and funerals.
