This peaceful, exclusive Pond front penthouse apartment sleeps four guests comfortably, with all the amenities needed for a great getaway! You're a stone's throw from the Plymouth Rock, Plantation, Boston, Cape Cod, Nantucket, & Martha's Vineyard, along with all the restaurants and shops along the waterfront. There is a walking path for pets around an adjacent cranberry bog. We have swimming, kayaking, fire pits, private patio, and beach for all your outdoor pleasure! The space The penthouse sits right above Clear Pond where you have access to a private beach for relaxing and rewinding. The penthouse has a full bedroom with queen bed, and a trundle (two twin beds) in the front room. The large comfortable bathroom has tub/shower combination with full vanity. The large living room offers fireplace, wifi, cable, HD TV, and a dining area overlooking beautiful views of Clear Pond! We offer many amenities and a full kitchen with refrigerator, stove, keurig, and microwave. There is a deck outside with a gas grill and patio set for all your entertainment needs. It is only minutes from Colony Place, Kingston Mall, and Plymouth Center where you can enjoy seaside dining and oceanfront shopping.. Guest access The guests are given keys to their own private entrance of the home, which walks out onto a cozy deck. Guests have access to kayaks, rowboat, and canoe for swimming and fishing to make their trip more enjoyable and memorable. We have gardens and fire pits for your evening camp out. Penthouse is situated between Boston and Cape Cod, along with the best sandy beaches, spas, and golf courses available in New England! Boston has the theater district, The Commons, Fenway, Museums, and The Aquarium in case you get bored! Other things to note The pet fee and agreement (see Guidebook) is handled upon arrival. We have a bog adjacent to pond with a trail (dog walk) which is a peaceful & relaxing walk with your furry friend, since we are pet friendly. “Tis the season to enjoy “Edelville ,” Thomas the Train and his friends will have the Polar Express and Santa!! Also the “Plymouth Plantation “ for Thanksgiving can’t be more spectacular. Come visit us for all the fun! Only ten minutes away from Pine Hills golf courses, with Edaville/Thomas Land, and shopping outlets not far also. There are plenty of sandy beaches along the ocean, and historical sites like Newport, Nantucket, and Martha's Vineyard to keep you busy!
